Sewing Machine With Serger
What do you do with raw edges in clothing?
If you don’t have a serger – only a sewing machine.
By the way – could you guys explain the sewing terms you use? I’m still pretty new to sewing, and I don’t understand exactly what the suggestions say to do. If anyone could offer pictures that would be even better.
Turn up just a bit and sew OR just sew along the edge preferably with a zigzag stitch. If you don’t have a zigzag stitch, sew around the edge twice.
