and the 16 Steel ones i have the parts but now i need the guide?

That’s just the beginning. This guy has several videos, including how to disassemble and reassemble your 360, which you will also need. Follow his instructions and you’ll be fine. 1 hour tops. Hardest part is initial disassembly.
Be sure you watch the other videos from this user to guide you through it. Better than pictures, he walks you through it, talks you through it, and shows it in real time except for when he’s dealing with something like 9 screws at once.
If you like someone else, go with them. My advice is mainly that you should stick with the same source for your multiple needs during the process.
