No Sewing Valances
HELP!!! pretty bedding for my daughters 4 poster bed!!!?
i have just purchased my beautiful 2 yr old daughter a single 4 poster bed but i cannot find any curtains or fourposter curtains to go on it i have searched google and ll that keeps coming up is adult bed sized mosquito nets and qs bed four post curtains i want something really pretty and pink/purple or pink/white if i was to use actual curtains i would need 2 for the top 2 for the end and 2 on each side so thats 8 pieces all up and then i wanted the valance to go in between like a curatin valance its hard to explain what i am wanting but if any of u could help me out with some ideas that would be very much appreciated also i have looked in the stores where i live no curtains of what i want are anywhere and i do not sew so i cant make them i just want a web site that sells what i am looking for if possible thanks guys
The curtains that you are looking for stopped being produced due to several child fatalities. If you are going to put up the curtains I suggest they are on a breakaway rod – still I would be concerned with a 2 year old and curtains. You can dye them with the rit dye to fit your color scheme.
Or get fancy with a solid color under the white eyelet use flat sheets as liners ..Wal-mart sells them for 5.99 or grab material and use stitch wizard that you iron on.
