Kenmore Sewing/embroidery machine….?

I recieved a Kenmore sewing/embroidery machine model # 19001 (used), I am looking for a way to hook it to my pc and download designs from the computer. Does anyone know anything about this machine? I have searched several sites, but I can’t find anything about using the cards or external hookups or compatible software. Please help me out if you have any knowledge of this machine! Thanks

The Kenmore 19001 is the same machine as the Janome Memory Craft 8000.

Also, apparently the Kenmore 19001 came with some software however I was not able to find more information on the software.
