Free Sewing Purse Patterns For Beginners
Free beginner sewing patterns online?
Hi everyone-
This is my first question in a category other than fish, so here goes:
My 10 year old sister got a sewing machine for her birthday this September. She has made a few things before including pajama pants and a purse, and would like to use her talent to make a dress for Halloween. Since she isn’t that advanced and the sewing patterns at our local shop are $11.50 I want to find a pattern online. Does anyone know of a website where I can get free beginner sewing patterns?

I also like the KwikSew books. They have template patterns in many sizes, with lots of suggestions on how to customize the templates. Well worth the cost for many many uses over the years!
