Embroidery Machine China
Import from China is very Risky …….?
I import couple of New Embroidery machines from China for my client and I got all the embroidery machines faulty. After contacting the Chinese exporter they sent their technicians at my client’s site but not succeed to fix , start and run the machines after several attempts. Now they are not ready to take back the faulty machines and reimburse my money . Is there any Chinese Government Agency to whom I can complain and get its solution or any legal action I can take against the supplier because huge money involved in this transaction and the supplier intention are not good.
if the import has been made legally then why dont u take the agreement paper and legal documents file a complaint in consumer forum against the company where u purchased, that u have been cheated. go to consumer forum and collect information. but u have to spend time on it.all the best
