Where can I buy a DMC thread color chart in the Philippines?

Good luck on finding one. Until then, you might print-out one for general use. If you have a few skeins on hand, you can compare to see how “true” the colors are on your print-out.

There may also be some of the older color cards available from people who have obtained the one with the newest colors. The old ones would still have over 95% of the total range.

They may be less expensive from Australia than from USA. I’ve added a link for a source that calls itself “international”.
